Description
The Council wished to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of short breaks for children and young people with disabilities (CWD) aged 5 to 17 years who live in Norfolk. Full details of the requirement can be found in Schedule 2 - Service Specification, which forms a Schedule to the Terms and Conditions.
