Description
Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board, which is to be used to fund the development of the Public Health Prevention in Maternity (PHPiM) Programme. This request relates to the NENC ICS Tobacco Dependency in Pregnancy Incentive Scheme and the provision of services to manage the NENC ICS Business Account. The scheme aims to help and incentivise pregnant women to stop smoking. Gift cards are provided to pregnant women who use tobacco in exchange for reaching key milestones along the quit pathway. The provider of this service will manage the business account in order to issue vouchers and support invoicing for the incentive scheme.
