Transparency purposes only. This contract has already been awarded. Physical Employment Standards (PES) reflect the minimum physical competences required to meet the physical demands of a job. They are measured using evidence-based validated tests that are undertaken through-career. PES have been developed for all Regts and Corps of the British Army, with the transition phase due to complete in April 2023. This contract is to understand the following: Physical demands and fitness standards to be attained to enable successful completion of Machine Gun, Mortar, and Anti-Tank commanders' courses.
