Leadership & Organisational Design and Development Programme

To support with the development and delivery of a structured leadership, values, and behavioural development programme. The requirement covers a review and completion of a Leadership programme that is bespoke to Southampton including a review of existing modules and development of core skills content. Also required is a facilitation of organisation‑wide values work, creation of a behavioural framework, and potential delivery of leadership programmes.
