1281/MR Refurbishment of Westcourt

The project, Refurbishment of Westcourt, is to carry out repair and refurbishment works to the building, internally and externally, including full strip out and replacement of internal fixtures and fittings, some demolition and remodelling works, rewiring for electrics and data, new emergency lighting and fire alarm, new carpets, decorations, sanitaryware, externally an element of repointing, remedial works to parapet walls and flat roof and remedial works to windows. The programme is tenders are due back on 21st October 2015 at 10:00am UK time, works to start on site 9th November for a period of 14 weeks to completion on 4th March 2016.
