Network Homes wish to set up a framework of suitably qualified service providers to carry out valuations which may be for Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, Shared ownership (staircasing & re-sales), freehold sale valuations, lease extension valuations, garden sales or other surplus areas of land or property or similar purposes in accordance with the requirements of the attached Specification.
