Description
South Tyneside Homes has a regular requirement for the provision of double glazed units. South Tyneside Homes is the ALMO of South Tyneside Council, responsible for managing the Council's housing stock. It is the intention to appoint a single supplier and a reserve supplier onto the framework to supply double glazed units. No guarantees are made about the quantities to be required, but the Pricing Schedule contains notional quantities based on historic requirements. Call-offs will be in accordance with the rates submitted. The framework will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of 2 x 12 months, and may be used by South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council. Suppliers will be required to express interest in this opportunity on the NEPO ProContract system. If not already registered on ProContract please register at the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com. Suppliers will then be granted access to the tender documentation once it is published. Please note that registering on ProContract and expressing interest does not mean that you have bid for the tender - once the above steps are complete you will be required to complete and submit the tender documentation.
