Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust wishes to invite offers for the Provision of a Supporting Transition programme. The overall aim is to deliver a challenging, individually focussed and organisationally relevant, innovative and patient-focussed programme aimed at all NHS staff at agenda for change band 6 and above that are currently leading or experiencing transformation in the East Midlands.
