Community Paediatric Therapy Services across Hampshire (excluding Southampton, Portsmouth, and the Isle of Wight) On behalf of: The Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group & NHS Frimley (North East Hants only) Clinical Commissioning Group. It is the Contracting Authority's preference to enter into a contract with Solent NHS Trust for the reasons detailed below. The proposed contract is for a period of 12 months commencing 1st October 2022. If however, there are expressions of interest in competing to deliver the requirements, it should be noted that the Authority will proceed with a competition process in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for a 5 year plus 24 month extension option contract for a sole provider. If no expressions of interest are received, the Authority will enter into a contract with the above named provider, relying upon a Regulation 32 exemption of no response/no requests to participate have been submitted in response to this notice.
