Description
The requirement will include the provision of both hard and soft FM services across multiple sites, including maintenance, cleaning and associated support services including Project Management and Delivery of Capital and Equipment works. The contract will be delivered through a single supplier model, with services to be delivered to high standards of compliance, efficiency, and value for money. The value of Services shall be up to £70,800,000 excluding VAT
