Description

Scope of Contract Selwood Housing Groups (SHG) current contract for the maintenance and repair of its hardwired call alarm equipment expires shortly and as such we are inviting specialist providers to quote for this service. SHG will require the provider to service, maintain and repair its emergency call hardwired alarm equipment. The contract will be for a period up to and including 31st March 2025, unless extended by SHG in writing. A key objective of this contract is to ensure SHG and its residents receive high quality service that is customer serviced and represents value for money. The maintenance contract comprises of nine key elements: o Preventative maintenance o In-service testing o Corrective maintenance o Component parts of the system o Replacement of the system o Upgrade of installation o Office Hours/ Out of Hours and Operations o Programme of Surveying works and Appointments o Reporting Please see suite of tender documents for full details.
