Description
National Savings and Investments (NS&I) is looking to contract with a suitable provider to provide Ad-Hoc Data Processing Services for its direct marketing campaigns. The service will be managed by our Marketing Team in the Retail Directorate. The successful provider will be expected to deliver an effective service in processing ad-hoc data mailing files prior to the data being used in Direct Marketing Campaigns. The Service Provider will be expected to deliver high quality, cost effective services, delivered within specific deadlines. The services required under this provision is for data processing, enhancement and data suppression on an ad-hoc basis i.e. from individual mailing files and suppression files including but not limited to; • MPS (Mailing Preference Service) • TPS (Telephone Preference Service) • Experian Mortality • TBR (The Bereavement Register) • Mortascreen • NCOA (National Change of Address) • Purity • Re-mover • DisConnect • Absolute Movers • HALO • GAS • PAF (Postcode Address File) • BT OSIS The service will be provided via an online portal (Web based) where NS&I will have the flexibility to load up files on an ad-hoc basis.
