Description
Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market seeking expert support for the park tennis court improvements in eight locations across the Borough which have been split into four distinct yet related lots. To be considered for each lot, suppliers are expected to visit sites prior to submitting a detailed response to ensure they satisfy themselves with measurements and submit an innovative response that could ensure compliance and value for money. Lot 1 - Supply and install a sustainable and low cost power supply all year round to seven park tennis court gate access systems. The gate system will draw approximately 2amps. Lot 2 - Re-paint 12 macadam tennis courts at three venues as per LTA/SAPCA specification for recreational parks tennis courts Lot 3 - Re-surface 4 tennis courts at Elm Grove Recreation Ground, Walton, with a single layer of tarmacadam as per LTA/SAPCA specification Lot 4 - Supply and install rigid panel weld mesh fencing or better specification fencing that meets mandatory requirements at four parks tennis venues with a total of 13 tennis courts.
