Mansfield District Council MDCT16-0265 Professional services to undertake the procurement of a Joint Venture Partner

Mansfield District Council are seeking to appoint an agent to provide professional advice and guidance and undertake the appointment of a joint venture developer partner, in compliance with the procurement provisions of the European Union, in respect of the Stockwell Gate North site in Mansfield. In addition, subject to the outcome of the OJEU process we will require you to work with the appointed joint venture partner to secure end user operators for the site. The works will be broken down into two stage and Stage 2 will be subject to the outcome of Stage 1. Stage One: • Professional advice, guidance and to manage the appointment of a joint venture developer partner in compliance with the procurement provisions of the European Union in respect of the Stockwell Gate North site. Stage Two: • Work with the preferred development partner to secure end user operators for the site
