Despite a number of recruitment campaigns, the council has been unable to appoint to the vacant Enforcement Team Leader position, In order to sustain the delivery of the service, manage particularly complex and sensitive enforcement cases, provide continuity of staff and minimise technical difficulties and inconvenience it is necessary to retain the services of the interim Enforcement Team Leader pending a permanent appointment being made.
