Description
The Authority requires Consultancy services to deliver a scope of works enabled by a major grant which is currently under application to refurbish the Old Town Hall on Grafton Street, Sandown. The works will enable the main hall to be put into use as a youth and community facility suitable to host community events, deliver education and training and display exhibitions. These works and appointment of this contract are subject to a successful funding bid by the Authority.\\r\r The Design and Management services are required for RIBA Stages 3 to 6.\\r\r The term of the contract shall be 25th July 2023 until completion of the works which is anticipated to be December 2024 \\r\r The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 11th July 2023. \\r\r
