Refurbishment of 24 St Georges Place, Cheltenham

Cheltenham Borough Homes ("the Employer") wishes to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of a building at 24 St George's Place in Cheltenham, containing 13 self-contained flats and associated common circulation areas. In summary the works will comprise: Opening up kitchens and adjacent bedrooms to form kitchen / diner / lounge areas, Fitting new fitted kitchens Overhaul of bathrooms / showers Complete internal redecoration Replacement of all floor finishes Minor works to mechanical and electrical services to suit the refurbishment External repairs and redecoration to render wall coatings, windows, doors and railings Sundry minor repair works to internal and external features. The estimated value of the project is £300k - £350k
