***This is not a call for competition, this is an award following a mini competition against CCS framework RM6018*** Objectives of this Research This report should provide UKSA with the latest data, analysis and findings on several parameters which will ultimately provide estimates for the economic rates of return to space investments. The impact of a public space investment can be measured with reference to a range of factors. The research should provide a literature review of all the available evidence on all space investment. Please note that the ESA evaluation project is also providing a literature review; however, the focus of this particular research is to review the available evidence on evaluation best practice.
