Description
The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and The Office for Civil Society identified 'tech for good' as a key tool in the Civil Society Strategy (published in August 2019). The strategy sets out how government will work with and support Civil Society in the years to come and states that technological innovations can be used to tackle pressing social challenges. DCMS requires a supplier to provide a report on tech that is addressing pressing social and environmental challenges in China. This will include a broad stroke overview of central government strategies and activity in key sectors followed by a deep dive into a priority sector. We would like this work to focus only on Chinese activity that is addressing social challenges within green tech, agri tech, health tech and education tech.
