Description
Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) employs 300 office based staff at a number of sites distributed within the Authority's boundaries. Frequently it is necessary for the Authority to book external venues for the delivery of training, conferences, functions and meetings. This procurement exercise will establish a Framework agreement with a number of appointed establishments which will provide a range of suitable facilities. In addition, this Framework agreement will be made available to the WECA (West of England Combined Authority) consisting of Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire) and as a result will also provide external venue hire within central Bristol. It should be noted that this procurement falls under the \"Light Touch Regime\" as detailed in Section 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
