BPSQ 053 - Asset Valuations for Financial Reporting - AWARD

Property Services are seeking a supplier for the provision of Asset Valuations for financial reporting purposes for three year programme 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22. This will include commercial and residential assets. This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 4th November 2019 subject to the accounts being singed off satisfactory, with an option of extending for a further one year subject to requirements and funding. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
