City of Wolverhampton Council are seeking an organisation to provide Development Control support. The Strategic Transport Service has an ongoing responsibility to provide comment on Planning Applications with transport implications. This requires dedication of staff resource, which may be problematic while Strategic Transport undergoes transition into Black Country Transport and Transport and Placemaking.
