Internal and External Plant Installations and Maintenance for Council Premises

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) is seeking to engage a Provider to supply and maintain / replace internal and external plants and containers for the buildings listed below: Barnsley Town Hall (Internal & External) Gateway Plaza (Internal & External) Westgate Plaza One (Internal Only) Digital Media Centre (Internal Only) The Council currently has a contract in place for this service which includes a range of different displays in keeping with the aesthetics and usage of each of the different venues. The internal and external plants provided should be befitting with the design and style of each building. A description of each building is shown below, together with an overview of minimum number of displays required.
