PAN2586 - Residential Property Valuation Services (RTB)

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of residential property valuations services The Supplier will be required to undertake a full valuation, inspecting a property both internally and externally, providing and preparing full plans of the residential property in order to recommend the current market value. The proposed Contract will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further one year. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
