Provision of 4,515 licenses to support development of Bank colleagues by providing unlimited access to an online digital learning library helping staff to develop their business, technology and creative skills. The digital learning library covers a range of topics including core business skills, diversity and inclusion, management and leadership skills, digital skills, end user IT skills and data analytics and visualisation.
