DBTHFT Frameworks for Construction projects within the hospital with a value of less than and equal to £5 mioo

The Authority is seeking to appoint two frameworks. This will be on the following basis: Lot 1 - For Works with a contract value of between £50,000 and £999,999 Lot 2 - For Works with a contract value of between £1,000,000 and £5,000,000 The framework will contain providers with the necessary capacity and capability to deliver high quality services that demonstrate value for money. The services as identified in the accompanying service specification and draft contract must also be delivered in a safe and effective manner. The service must also apply good performance management principles. The Authority will appoint providers to the framework based upon the following: Lot 1 - 5 providers on the framework Lot 2 - 3 providers on the framework. Interested providers should register at the procurement portal and express an interest upon which they will receive full access to the documentation. The deadline for completed submissions is 12 noon on the 19th March 2021. Submissions received after this time and date will not be considered.
