Description
The service provider will be required to implement an innovative training construct which will allow participants undertaking the training for the first time, as well as those who have completed previous hostile environment training with other providers, the opportunity to develop new skills and build upon existing knowledge and understanding. The programme is intentionally designed to be generic and not tailored to a specific conflict region. It should however reflect those areas of the world where HMG has strong foreign policy, development and defence interests and where intra- or inter-state conflict has occurred or is likely to occur. Additional training may be asked for on a case by case basis to meet SU demand.
