Renewal for the Call Off for Real Estate

This is a variation of the contract described below to include project specific monitoring services to support build-to-suit warehouse developments. This is a Mini Competition to replace the current 4-year term Call Off on the same External Framework let by the Hyde Group National Framework Partnerships for Real Estate Asset Advisory Services. There is an option to extend the contract for incrementally 12 months at a time for a total of 24 months (Contract Total being 48 months) This is a variation to include project specific monitoring services to support build-to-suit warehouse developments.
