Description
To deliver the role of Group Administrator for the Robin Hood Card scheme. The Robin Hood multi-operator, multi-modal ticketing scheme has been in place across Greater Nottingham for well over a decade. Nottingham City Council has overseen the successful delivery and development of the scheme, and pre-pandemic, the Robin Hood scheme had annual revenues of c.£9m, a figure that has seen constant growth for the past few years. Nottingham City Council is looking for a professional person or consultancy with directly relevant experience to perform the role of Group Administrator, ensuring the efficient running of the scheme. This is an important role which ensures the efficient running of the scheme, enables independence for decision making, allows confidential commercial ticketing information to be received to inform multi-operator decisions, and is seen as essential for operators' participation in the scheme.
