Description
The Made In North Tyneside (MINT) programme, which is delivered under the business factory branding, is managed and part funded by the Council. The core enterprise team project is about creating opportunities for potential business start-ups supporting them to develop their ideas into viable opportunities and supporting North Tyneside's existing small to medium business community with specialist consultancy support to help them grow, as well as providing new product / service development support around innovation. North Tyneside Council secured a total of £5.7 million jointly funded by European Regional Development Funding (ERDF) and North Tyneside Council to deliver the start-up programme from March 2009 to December 2021.
