Hull City Council has appointed Aspect Contracts Limited to undertake asbestos removal, asbestos encapsulation, environmental cleaning and associated works in connection with demolition, refurbishment and maintenance works at various sites within Kingston upon Hull. Direct award process was utilised from the Efficiency North Asbestos and Demolition Framework Lot 3 - Licensed and Unlicensed Domestic & Civic Asbestos Removal. Contract to be delivered through Aspect Contracts Limited subsidiary company Grade 3 Limited.
