\r BCP Council wishes to undertake a detailed feasibility analysis/ options study of the site to identify a suitable scheme and to understand its costs and risks. To do this, BCP would like to engage a design and cost consultant with suitable experience of working on school buildings and who is willing to work collaboratively with the Client Team and the School to identify and the most suitable option from concept to completion. \r \r The successful bidder will have a good knowledge of Building Bulletins 103 and 104, as well as the statutory regulations relating to the design, construction, and the operation of a school environment. Additionally, the design process should comply with relevant Codes of Practice, BCP Planning Policy, BREEAM, Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.\r
