Toolkit Videos for Line Managers

As part of our continuous improvement, CPI wishes to build capability within the line manager function by redesigning how we offer training and support to our organisation's managers. One of CPI's objectives for this year (2019 - 2020) is to have in place 'A line manager toolkit to build the skills needed enable high quality performance in every team'. We have built an intranet site to house self-help resources, toolkits and webinars that line-managers can access at any point for just in time learning and support. Within this intranet site we would like to offer a selection of videos that cover a number of topics and situations that managers might encounter.
