Dover District Council ("the Council") is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement ("PME") to inform the future procurement strategy for SAP28 - Land Between Eythorne and Elvington. Interested parties can request a copy of the Council's Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise by emailing procurement@dover.gov.uk .
