Description
HM Passport Office, which is part of the Home Office, has awarded a contract for international secure delivery mail services. The objective of this contract is to maintain business continuity of a range of existing International Secure Delivery Services including but not limited to: Delivery of UK passports, return of supporting documents to international customers, securely and promptly on behalf of HM Passport Office to international domestic addresses, Visa Application Centres, other designated UK government locations worldwide and Government Offices in Overseas Territories and Gibraltar. Transfer of international applications, securely and promptly from Visa Application centres, Embassies or other designated UK Government locations, worldwide to HM Passport Office locations in the UK. Transfer international applications, securely and promptly from Government Offices in Overseas Territories to a HM Passport Office site in the UK. Other requirements for parts of the Home Office for international secure mail such as General Register Office. Collect Emergency Travel Documents and associated items printed in overseas locations on behalf of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
