To establish a framework of Contractors and Consultants capable of providing Decarbonisation Solutions. The framework specifically covers NHS Trusts and the Health Sector. The opportunity will consist of four separate lots and will have a four year term. The procurement will involve a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure described in Regulation 27.
