Description
UK Shared Business Services Ltd carried out an open competition on behalf of the Contracting Authority - UKRI MRC to locate a Principal Contractor to undertake the removal and replacement of the 4 No. skylights located on the roof of the Mary Lyon Centre. The previous publication notice number was FM19156. No tenders were received in response to the open procedure therefore under Regulation 32 (2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Contracting Authority awarded a contract by negotiated procedure without prior publication.
