The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a provider for a Tier 2 Weight Management app which will provide service users access to a 12-week weight loss programme.\r \r The app should:\r • Support service users who are on the obesity register to lose weight by providing a tier 2 weight management 12-week programme via an app.\r \r • Enable individuals to make changes in their behaviour to achieve a positive impact on their health (to develop healthier and more balanced relationship with nutrition and food).\r \r • Deliver evidence-based lifestyle interventions in relation to weight management\r \r www.wolverhamptontenders.com
