A&E Modular Build

The aim of this Tender is to procure a Main Contractor to provide a Modular Build Extension at Southport Hospital, to be situated within the courtyard of the Hospital building. The works will include enabling works, crane assistance, supply of building, fit out, service connections and all statutory planning and regulatory requirement. A full description is shown on the PS 1.01 Specification Form. The project will need to be completed with minimal impact on the services we provide to our patients.
