Wolverhampton City Council are conducting a Preliminary Market Test for Provision of Housing Advice Service System. The Council would like to look at the options available, costs and benefits of installing such a system. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, that can enhance and modernise the delivery of our Housing Advice Service.
