FHG are looking to appoint contractors to deliver repairs and renovations in the following specialisms: 1. General building work 2. Doors & Windows (no supply) 3. Kitchen Installation 4. Plumbing and Heating 5. Electrical installation and repairs 6. Joinery 7. Roofing and roofline works 8. Fencing works 9. Glazing repairs 10. Locksmith 11. Drainage works 12. Pathways and drives renewal/repair 13. Damp proof course works 14. Wall tiling 15. Electrical testing and inspection 16. Bathrooms 17. Plastering 18. Floor covering 19. Clean & Clear 20. Decoration 21. Void Property Works The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to 5 years
