Framework of suppliers to provide psychometric and personality profiling tools

CPI are looking to establish a list of preferred suppliers that the provision of psychometric and personality profiling tools. CPI are seeking to use a range of profiling tools to aid selection and development within the organisation. CPI intend to utilise such tools to aid the following (but not limited to); - individual development, - collaborative and diverse team working, - talent acquisition, - conflict resolution, - assessing leadership potential.
