Description
The existing Paint shop has been identified as a suitable location to convert into a temporary space for the stores to occupy. The contractor shall construct and hand back conversion of existing paint shop into temporary stores to include: •All associated buildings, civils and structural installations and works (doors, walls, flooring) •All mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations •Two new temporary office spaces •New service hatch •New internal roller shutter doors •Modification of electric repair shop/archive room space to create new welding shop space, and relocation of welding equipment/facilities into new space •Verification and Implementation of Fire alarm modifications •Associated Energy and Environment Reporting
