Brief Description of Requirement UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) The Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) are looking to appoint a Lead Consultant for the NOC Innovation Centre, Workshops & Outbuildings Refurbishment Project. Your role as the lead design consultant, shall also include undertaking the terms of responsibility as the Project Principal Designer, to facilitate the completion of this project as per the requirement of CDM 2015.
