Description
West Kent Housing Association, (the "Client" - West Kent) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to deliver its Lift Servicing and Maintenance requirements. The Contract will cover the maintenance and servicing and may also include associated design and planning supervisory services for a number of passenger lifts at properties owned or managed by the Client members and their subsidiaries.
