Preliminary market engagement; nail cutting service for adults with diabetes.

NHS Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) is seeking to hold a series of early engagement meetings with providers and the market in general. We are keen to hear from any interested parties who are potentially interested in providing a nail cutting service for adults with diabetes. Based on activity for 2015 -2017, the number of patients seen in a community/provider venue is 678-760, and an additional (approximately) 130 -165 are seen at home. The service has no ceiling regarding the number of eligible patients that are able to access it. In addition to the patients that received a service, there are a number of cancellations and 'no shows' (27 home visits and 114 provider venue in 2015/16).
