Description
The Mansfield Palace Theatre is a mid-scale touring venue in North Nottinghamshire and is owned by Mansfield District Council. It processes approximately 100,000 tickets per annum, for its own professional productions and for those companies hiring the venue. The Box Office consists of two window points, three terminals with three telephones (running off two lines) and opens from 9.30am until 7.30pm on most days. There are a further three terminals required within the Administration office for the Cultural Services Manager, Marketing & Media Manager and the Marketing & Media Assistant. The Theatre has recently undergone a review of its marketing and publicity strategy. It has identified that we require a system that embraces new media resources which will increase sales and provide accurate feedback from sales in order to aid marketing decision making in the future.
