Provision of Garden Waste Treatment Services

Peterborough City Council (PCC) invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations who can demonstrate knowledge, skill and innovation in the provision of Garden Waste Treatment Services. The Council's garden material is delivered to the Council's Green Waste Transfer Station located in Dogsthorpe from 2 sources: a household kerbside collection and the Householders Recycling Centre (HRC) situated in Fengate. The successful supplier will be responsible for managing the Council's Green Waste Transfer Station, Bulking up, Haulage and Treating the waste in accordance with the Council's Specification. The Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) Regulations 2006 will apply to this tender, bidders will be required to download, sign and upload, through the Q&A section, a TUPE Undertaking of Confidentiality in the Council's e-procurement system, SourceDogg, before the Council is able to provide the TUPE details and information.
