This amendment relates to COVID 19 related activity only, where services will: Secure and strengthen the logistics system to protect the supply and distribution of essential bulk commodities. Provide logistics support for securing essential health supplies (such as medicines and protective equipment). Deliver diagnostics and advisory support aimed at mitigating and responding to the current crisis in the field of logistics and other crucial functions of Ethiopia's economy. Due to this COVID 19 activity being delivered remotely, the expenses percentage charge has been reduced **redacted**. This reduction relates to the activity outlined in this amendment only.
