Description
Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of a preliminary market engagement exercise in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Act") for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing Family Help Service for Children and Families aligned to the Families First Partnership reform in Herefordshire. The new contract is anticipated to commence in April 2027, with a minimum term of 3 years, with an option to extend the contract for up to an additional 2 years. The service will provide a single, integrated early support service for families with multiple and/or complex needs, with the service taking on the role of Family Help Lead Practitioner for the majority of families it supports. The specification for this service has not yet been finalised, and we welcome responses from organisations delivering services directly, as well as those interested in partnership or collaborative delivery models. Responses to this RFI will help to inform the council's service specification.
